There are 2 ways to complete the project: 

IB MYP Personal Project class - typically the course is fall semester and students will complete the project in one semester.  Students will receive an elective credit and the grade achieved will be calculated into their overall GPA.  The major benefit of taking the class is the allocated class time to complete the project.

Extra-Curricular Activity - Students will complete the project over the course of the school year.  Meetings will be held once a month during Seminar to cover project components.  Students will be assigned a teacher mentor that will also guide the student through the process.  

In both cases a students transcript will be notated with  - Personal Project Completed (Date) and Northville MYP Certificate Award (Date)
